Fictional UI
For the short film ‘Phoenix 38’ I was asked to create and do the compositing of the UI seen on screens.
I challenged myself to set them up as procedurally as possible (within After Effects), so every single number, color, and progress bar is linked to a script which controls and animates their values.
See the final product down below, and scroll a little further for stills and examples of the procedural system!
All values and colors are randomly assigned (with a custom seed), or animated using custom knobs.
